Engineered the direct-to-consumer digital product platform supporting Coach Josh's global digital brand (150M+ views across social platforms). Key features and architecture implemented: • PWA Wrapper: Configured service workers and web app manifests for a full Progressive Web App installation, letting users install the platform directly on their iOS/Android home screens for offline-first reading. • Interactive eBook Engine: Crafted an Apple HIG-compliant digital reader for the 'Striking Blueprint' digital book, incorporating progress tracking and visual cues. • Mux Video Integration: Implemented secure adaptive-bitrate video streaming via Mux with custom video players, offering secure access to the Premium Video Course. • Stripe Subscriptions: Configured Stripe billing portals for managing private coaching subscriptions ($497/mo) and single sessions ($100). • Community Gateway: Created automated Discord onboarding systems, helping build the free community channel to 400+ members.
