Lead technical implementations and custom video integrations for JW Player's top-tier accounts, managing a $4M+ book of business including NBC, NPR, Forbes, TMZ, Hedgeye, and and The Weather Channel. Key implementations and contributions: • Ad Tech Integrations: Custom-coded ad systems deploying VAST/VPAID standards with Google IMA and FreeWheel SDKs, maximizing client ad-delivery rates. • DRM & Security: Configured secure playback flows utilizing Widevine, FairPlay, and PlayReady DRM across web, mobile, and connected TV (CTV) platforms. • Player Performance: Maintained the core player architecture, solving runtime errors on legacy browsers and TV platforms. • Developer Mentorship: Built internal support wikis, standardized technical playbooks, and led training programs to elevate team support capabilities.
