Designed, launched, and managed the entire digital community infrastructure for the Coach Josh brand, serving as the central hub converting organic traffic into paid product signups. Key components and integrations implemented: • Qwen AI Agent Integration: Configured a Discord bot utilizing the Qwen model. The agent answers member technique questions by dynamically routing inquiries to query boxingwiki.org, acting as a conversational lead generation entry point for the brand's coaching services. • Automated Verification & Moderation: Configured custom AutoMod rules, regex patterns to block spam/malicious links, and verification gates (using Carl-bot and custom reaction roles) to secure the channel. • Engagement Funnels: Designed and organized category channels covering technique feedback, combat analysis, and accountability check-ins. • Live Event Broadcasting: Ran technology coordination for weekly live voice Q&As and fight review events, scaling the channel past 400 active members.
